Dr. Harmeet Waraich graduated from medical school in 1997 from Government Medical College Patiala in India. He completed his residency training in Ophthalmology from IG Medical College Shimla (India) in 2006, and practised as a General Ophthalmologist before moving to Canada in 2009. During and after his residency, Dr. Waraich treated patients with a variety of eye diseases both medically and surgically.

     After moving to Canada with his family, he joined the International Optometric Bridging Program at the School of Optometry and Vision Sciences, University of Waterloo; and he graduated in 2012 as a Class Valedictorian. He has since been practising as an Optometrist in the Lower Mainland.

      Dr. Waraich is passionate about his work and takes pride in providing high quality treatment and care for his patients. He has extensive experience and knowledge in treating patients with various eye diseases, and is dedicated to providing the best and most effective treatment based on every patient’s individual needs.

      Dr. Waraich lives in Surrey with his wife and daughter, and enjoys playing cricket and golf, reading, listening to music, and spending time with his family and friends.
